Philosophy

Pilates is for everybody and EVERY BODY.

Pilates promotes mobility and strength of the major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion, whilst also having a focus on the deep core muscles. It improves posture, flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness. Jessica strives to meet a client where they are and work together to get stronger and achieve their goals. A boutique studio setting enables her to give all her focus to the body or bodies in front of her. Come alone or with a friend or family member! If you are interested in a duet but don’t have partner, we can try to match you with someone else if possible. Whether you are new to pilates or have been practicing for years, there is always plenty to learn and you will feel better for your efforts.
