
Jessica Fink has been teaching Pilates since completing comprehensive training through Balanced Body in 2016. A life-long believer in exercise and eating well, Jessica first discovered mat pilates after the birth of her second child in 2005, and began practicing on a regular basis. Upon trying reformer pilates and working on pilates equipment, Jessica became even more passionate about the method’s benefits.
Jessica’s early career as a licensed clinical social worker was extremely rewarding. Upon having children, she took time off to raise her two sons, and it was then that her pilates journey began. Jessica views her second career as the perfect marriage of two passions: helping people to feel better in their bodies as well as the emotional benefits that come along with taking care of one’s health. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing the spark ignite in a new student.
